Statement Taking

Here at Amber Client, we have years of police experience in the art of statement taking and can professionally interview your witness to prepare a Crown Court standard criminal prosecution statement or a fully detailed County Court standard Woolfe Report statement.

Each kind of statement will be constructed fully bound by the rules governing the submission of criminal evidence or civil information.

We have both male and female detectives who are experienced, skilled and able to interview the most vulnerable of witness and in the presence of an appropriate adult if necessary.

We can provide an interpreter service if necessary and if appropriate, can provide typed statements in both the native tongue of the witness and certified English copy for UK Court purposes.
